Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is unused and in original packaging

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items caused by misuse
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

  1. Email support@xxoramart.com with your order details
  2. Provide photos (if applicable)
  3. Wait for approval and instructions
  4. Ship the item as directed

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect.

Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is ours
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
